Radio On Sensor
This product is usually purchased as an add-on to an Antenna Disconnect product. It is herewith listed as a separate sale.
The on sensor determines if the transceiver has been turned on, and if so it provides 12 Volts to switch the Antenna Disconnector. The on sensor is needed if the associated transceiver does not have a 12-volt power output terminal or socket, and you wish to keep your transceiver's power supply turned on. The On Sensor is placed in series with the transceiver's power wire. The connectors allow easy hookup to most power supplies and radio power cables. The Sensor comes with 3-way binding posts, 1/4-inch ring terminals, and a jumper wire with Powerpoles. The current sense resistor is 5 milliohms. The switching point is set by adjusting the potentiometer according to the directions supplied It works with all radios, QRP to QRO.
